Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager is responsible identifying and pursuing sales leads, assisting in creating business development strategies, participating in pre-sales activates and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify leads for IT and business consulting project opportunities through network of contacts, cold calling and RFIs / RFPs.
  • Write proposals, responses for RFIs/RFPs and effectively represent InfoHorizon in the sales cycle.
  • Effectively manage contract negotiations and close deals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Analyze competitors, their offerings, delivery models and pricing strategies.
  • Assist in creating and operationalizing business development strategy
  • Develop sales and marketing materials
Requirements :
  • 3+ years of business strategy consulting and/or business development experience
  • Proven track record of selling IT and/or business consulting projects
  • Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation tools
  • Must have strong verbal and written communications skills, presentation skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with senior executives as well as with client teams
  • Technical background preferred
  • Business process expertise within one of the industries preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree; MBA a plus

Project Manager
A Project Manager is responsible for owning and driving projects from inception to completion. The project manager also plays a key role in managing client relationship and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Managing projects from inception to completion
  • Client management, scope management
  • Deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Manage / track project finances
  • Business analysis, requirements definition and documentation
  • Develop project plans and manage day-to-day tasks
  • Manage remote teams both on-shore and off-shore
  • Manage multiple projects
Requirements :
  • 4+ years of project management experience in IT and / or strategy consulting.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with big four and / or management consulting companies.
  • Willing to work flexible hours (clients / teams in different times zones).
  • Technical background preferred.
  • Business process expertise within one of the industries preferred.
  • Undergraduate and Graduate degree in engineering or business.
